1. Udemy's 30-Day Refund Policy

Udemy offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for most courses. If you're not satisfied with a course purchased on Udemy, you can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are subject to Udemy's refund policy. Certain conditions may apply, such as:

• A significant portion of the course has been consumed or downloaded before the refund request.

• Multiple refunds have been requested by a student for the same course.

• Excessive refund requests by a student.

• Users who have their account reported, banned, or course access disabled due to a violation of Udemy's Terms or Trust & Safety Guidelines.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

• Navigate to your Purchase History on Udemy.

• Locate the course you wish to refund.

• Click on "Request Refund" and follow the prompts.

Refunds are typically processed back to your original payment method. In some cases, refunds may be issued as Udemy credits, especially if the original payment method is no longer available or if the purchase was made through certain platforms like the Apple App Store.

4. Timeframe for Refunds

After submitting a refund request, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

5. Limitations

Please note:

• Refund requests cannot be submitted via the Udemy mobile app. Use a web browser to access your Purchase History for refund requests.

• Only one refund is allowed per student per course. If you refund and re-enroll in the same course, no further refunds will be granted.
